Passing
1 ball: P1 pass ball to middle player 4 who then passes to P2, P2 passes back to middle player 4, P4 passes to P3, P3 passes back to P4, reverse the passing direction, change players in middle
Piggy in the middle
Players 1, 2 and 3 try to pass the ball across the square while player 4 tries to get a defensive touch on the ball (disrupt)
Players are allowed to move around the outside of the square to open side to receive a pass or they can carry the ball away from the defender.
If defender gets a touch on the ball, they change with the player who passed the ball
Focus on defenders positioning themselves to disrupt any clear passes, encourage defenders to keep the head of their stick on the ground, keep body angled to get the pass onto the front stick and try to protect their left foot.
UPGRADE: if defender intercepts the ball, they need to try dribble the ball outside the square while the other players can try to tackle the ball back

3v3/4v4 Game: Leading to Unmarked Goals
Create a box 15x15m and within the box put out several different goals with cones (start with bigger goals and make smaller if group needs progression)
The team in possession are aiming to move the ball and pass/carry through the goals.
They score a point for every goal the secure through a gate (connected pass to their own team mate)
Start the game with NO tackling and the defending team can only intercept or win the ball if the other team makes a mistake (kick the ball, ball goes out)

6v6 on 1/4 (with scorer)
The idea is not to have more than 6v6 in the playing area, so leave one/two players as scorers in the Score Zone and teams need to get the ball to those players to score. Change scorers every 2 minutes or after every goal
Progress to Turn and Burn if you want to push on
