Set Up
- Keep the pitch the same, add a 6 yard box if there isn't one already. Split into two teams with two middle players playing for the attacking team.
The Small Sided Game
- In order to score a goal the player has to be in the 6 yard box
- Either team can pass to the middle to players, they play for the team in possession and therefor can't tackle. This creates an overload for the attacking team.
Objective
- To practice counter attacking with an overload in a match situation
