WARM UP
- Rotate clockwise.

- Starting with volleys, passes and strikes off the floor.
- GK working will deal with ball before finding the spare server without the ball.
KEY POINTS:

- Movement should coincide with player checking their shoulder to make sure they their posts covered if the shot is angled

SHOT STOPPING
- GKs to work on positioning with shots on angle and central strikes.
- Once ball is played from cutback position, ATT shoots within 2 touches
- Spare GK in the middle acting as strikers for rebounders and provide visual interference and force mistakes.

SHOT STOPPING
- GKs to work on positioning with shots on angle and central strikes.
- Once ball is played from cutback position, ATT can combine to shoot or create 1v1 situations.

- Must be a 1st time finish.
