Method:
Divide Group into 3's, 10 yards apart as shown. (P1 = Player 1 etc.)
P1 plays a pass to P2 in the centre, who sets back to P1.
P1 then strikes a longer pass to P3.
P2 must quickly turn to provide a set pass for P3.
P3 then plays a pass to P2 in the centre, who sets back to P3.
P3 then strikes a longer pass to P1, & the circuit repeats.
Coaching Points:
Quality of Pass - Pace, Accuracy, Weight.
Quality of Set - Smooth.
Receiving - First Touch, Control.
Variations:
1. Lofted Pass.
2. Driven Pass.
3. Longer Loft Pass.

Method:
3v1 into a 2v1.
GK, RCB, LCB v CF into a CB & 6 v 10.
3v1 must exploit the CF by moving the ball through the GK, allowing the CB to drive into midfield.
2v1 must entice the 10 to close the CB driving in & exploit with a well timed pass to the 6. If the 10 does not press, the CB can continue to drive.
Coaching Points:
Quality of Pass - Pace, Accuracy, Weight.
Movement to Receive Pass - Quick, Sharp.
Receiving - Open Body Shape, Back Foot.
GK Support Position - Pivotal in Creating a 3v1.
Movement of the 6 Away - Pivotal in exploiting the 10.

Method:
Divide Group into 3's, 10 yards apart as shown. (P1 = Player 1 etc.)
P1 plays a pass to P2 in the centre, who should make a movement to one side.
P2 receives on their back foot & passes to P3 on opposition end line.
P2 then repeats the movement to the opposite side & receive a pass from P3 on their back foot.
P2 should then pass to P1 & the circuit repeats.

Movement to Receive Pass - Quick, Sharp.
Receiving - Open Body Shape, Back Foot.
