9 players
9 players, 5v2 in a 20x10 or 25x12 area
The 5 blues have to make 5 passes, before playing the ball to the other end
Once they have reached the other end, the 2 red defenders go into the other end, while 3 blues move into the other area, so that it is a 5v2. There should always be 5v2 in one square, with 2 remaining blues waiting to receive the ball in the other.
If the defenders win the ball, they give back to the team in possession so that they can start again.
Swap the 2 players in the middle after 60-90 seconds.
