Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): To focus on finishing or defensive heading, now coach will call "Score" or "Clear". In order to score, header should be directed downward towards goal. To clear, the header should be directed upward over the goal back to the server.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Here we've created a 1v1 competition for the header. Coach will now assign one team to attempt to Score and the other to Clear in a duel.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Players will compete for a set time then switch out to serve then switch roles of attacking or defending.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): Free play 5v5 with 2 unopposed neutral players in wide channels. Team in possession can play out into the channel once over midfield for an unopposed cross into the goal area creating scoring and defending heading opportunities.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: Players can only score off of a crossed in ball. 3 points for a header, 2 points for a volley, and 1 if scored from the ground.
