Set Up: 20x20y grid, with 5 yard finishing zone at end. Split group into 2 even groups.
Description:
Purple Defender starts with the ball and dribbles across the field towards gate on opposite side, when the cross in front of blue attacker they stop the ball (leave it for blue attacker), then run through gate on opposite side. After they run through the gate they defender attacker. The blue attacker, when the ball is left in front of them attack two small goals, they must be in the 5 yard finishing zone to score. Once the attack is over then the players switch lines and roles. Atlernate sides the defenders come from to vary sides where pressure comes from. Keep score.

Set up: 25x20y grid with goals in the corner of the grid to allow each team a scoring opportunity.
Description: Players will be organized with a 2 v 2. The purple team would be defending and not allowing the team to penetrate and beat them and if win the ball can counter attack.

Progression: Add a nuetral player in the middle to create numbers up.

Set Up:
As above 20x30 grid 2 small goals, goals must be scored on the ground.
Description:
2v2 in centre with 2 feeders on the outside. 2v2 plus 2 neutral outdside players (use outside backs and outside mids) have 2 players off field on each side to counter when their team gets scored on. If a team gets scored on then they go off the 2 players waiting come on and attack with pace to counter numbers up.

Progression:
Team in possesion must go to outside player before they can score.
Add touch limit for outside players, to increase movement off the ball.

Set Up: 1/4 of a full size field if space is avaliable.
Description: 3v4 1 big goal and 2 small counter goals. Ball starts with the GK, when the purple team wins the ball they look to counter (numbers up) to the big goal.

Teach the players the first 6 dribble coerver activities
1. Bell (ball bounced inbetween both feet back and forth)
2. Roll (ball is rolled with the bottom of foot from right to left continuous acoss body)
3. Pull back push out (roll ball back to body with bottom of foot, push back out with laces of same foot, alternate feet)
4. Bell roll out pop back in (bell into roll ball outside of body with bottom of foot, pop back into frame of body with inside of foot, alternate foot)
5. Bell roll across (bell then roll the ball across body with bottom of foot, bell then opposite foot)
6. Bell into "L" turn
