*30x20 square or circle of similar size

*4 cones in the middle

*5 players in the circle (receivers) with 5 on the outside (feeders)

Objective

*Players in the middle work to receive the ball from feeders and play a wall pass to same feeder

*Movement should then be into the middle four cones and then to receive from another feeder

*40x30 area with two end zones 5x30

*3v3 with 2 players one from each team in the target zone

*play starts when one target player passes to opposite player in end zone this player then passes into their team

*objective is to pass the ball and when the opportunity comes pass to target player in other zone to score a point.

*When target player recieves they pass to other target player who passes into one of their team and practice continues.

*4v4 with 2 target players one on each end zone.

*play starts when target player plays into own team who create space and keep possession until opportunity arises to pass to opposite target player to score a goal. target player then passes in to opposite side who attack.
