Organize teams, briefly set out shape in and out of possession and let them play.
Observe for 5-7 mins before any coaching.
Next 30 mins - intervene with coaching as needed. Rotate spare players in and rest/water breaks appropriately.
Use session to work on shape, positioning and distances.
Consider attacking positioning in defending/attacking half and vice versa defending positioning in attacking/defending half.
In possession: Encourage calm and control, connect with teammates, look for opportunities to play into/in the opponents half.
Out of possession: Press, delay, deny, cover, balance.
Manage distances in both
Finish with 2 x 10 mins blocks of uninterrupted play with coaching in between.

Challenge: connect X passes (1pt), progress ball into opponents half (1pt), progress into penalty box (1pt) - build confidence

Organization:
4 12x20 yds fields
As players arrive organize them progressively into the following games:
A: 1v1s (+1) to end line / target
B: 2v2s (+1) to end line / target
C: 2v2 (+2s) to end line / target
D: 3v3s (+1s) to end line / target
Play off or play in side players.
Reset each rotate players each score or out of bounds.
Organize players as they arrive.
Once all players present address the group at large then continue progression of games. 3 min cycles. Emphasis on technique, decision making and movements to support.
Switch up and rotate players between blocks as desired. Rest between and emphasis on receiving, dribbling and passing

Combine fields A+B and C+D and create 3v3 or 4v4 match ups to targets (with side players)
