Working on moving into line quickly and setting the feet ready for the strike
1) GK starts in the cutback position and turns in for a volley
Then turns out centrally to reset
GK turn onto the angle from centre to take volley
Same on both sides
2) Then make it into a competition- GK has to make 10 catches in a row. If they drop a catch their count starts again.
If 121 only needs one server but if multiple GKs can have two servers per GK

1) GK takes strike of the deck from angle.
Then turns into goal for strike.
If parry play live.
Otherwise, pass is played from central to angle for strike.
Same on both sides
2) Turn into random practice where servers play between them to get the GK moving around the goal

2) GK sprints into mini goal for a pick up
4) GK sprints to cone then turns in for low dive (both sides)
5) GK sprints in to mini goal for volley and turns onto cone to turn back in for low dive
