Duck, Duck, Goose: (10 min)
- All the ducks stay by their cone while the Goose goes around the circle naming each a player a duck. At some point the goose gets to a duck and names them a goose at which point the goose(player B) and the duck(player A) run around the circle in opposite directions until one of them gets back to them empty spot in the circle. While they run around the circle the goose runs without a ball while the duck must carry their ball while they run.
- If the goose(player B) gets back to the empty spot first they become they become a duck and get the ball, while the old duck(player A) becomes the new goose with no ball. If the duck gets back to the empty spot first the, the goose must restart the process with a different duck.
- If the duck and goose get back to the empty spot at the same time, the duck wins

Target Sweep Passing:(10 min)
- Ball starts with player A, who sweep passes the ball to player B who sweep passes the ball to player C. Player C then tries to sweep the ball into one of the two nets.
- As a coach you can set a goal to score a certain number of balls in the nets, for some type of reward or as avoiding a fitness related punishment(ie. running)
- As a coach you may also call out left net or right net for the player to shoot at.

Block tackles:
Key Points:
- hands apart
- stick and hands low to the turf
- knees bent (ready position) staggered stance,
- NO swinging stick
- strong arms
- Tackler's right shoulder lines up with Dribbler's right shoulder
Coaching Points:
- Many kids will run to the middle, just set with their stick along the ground, and wait for the attacker to dribble into their stick. Encourage them to run and MEET their attacker to block tackle them.

Pass and Carry :(15 min)
- One player sets up at each cone, from there player A passes the ball to player B, player B then passes the ball to player C, player C then passes to player D who then passes to player E. Player E then carries the ball in to the starting point.
- Each player follows their pass
- Progressions for this drill may mean changing the type of pass(slap,push,sweep) and adding cones to dribble through for player E
- the focus for this drill is passing accurately and making clean receptions
