Organization:
Space: 15L x 8W
Line of players diagonal to each other.
On one corner, players with balls will pass the ball to opponent on the diagonal corner.
Instructions:
Defender player passes the ball to cone closest to attacker.
Defender goes ahead to defend the play
Attacker carries the ball on 1v1 to dribble the defender.
The goal is score by dribbling over the sideline.
The game is still on if defender steals the ball. He can dribble over the opposite side line.
Coaching Points:
Head up.
Small touches when space is closed. Big touches when there is space
Use body to shield the ball

Organization:
15Lx8W grid
Players outside the grid without balls.
Players inside of the grid with balls.
Instructions:
Players cannot bump with other players. They cannot touch anybody elses ball but theirs.
Players with balls will dribble inside the grid using small touches (lack of space)
They will find a player in the outside of the grid to carry the ball to. This player will bring the ball inside the grid dribbling and doing a trick in the middle of the pitch before finiding an open man in the outside.
Coaching Points:
Head up. With space use longer touches. Without space use small touches.
Progressions:
Add pressure from an opponent to steal the balls.

Organization:
Two grids next to each other 15Lx8W.
2v2 with all differen color teams.
2 support players running each one of the end lines.
Two independent games go on at the same time.
Instructions:
Players play the 2v2 inside the grid but use neutral players outside.
The way to score is by dribbling over the end line.
Winner stays on the grid and plays vs neutrasl players. Loosers become neutrals.

Coaching Points:
Find the space to dribble. Look for the 1v1 in the attacking portion of the grid.

Organization:
50Lx60W with one big goal.
7v7+GK. Both teams play 2-4-1
Instructions:
Blue attacks the big goal. Blue has to go on 1v1 in the attacking third to score on goal.
White attacks the half line. They score by dribbling over the half line.
Coaching Points:
In traffic use short touches. In space use long touches.
Use the body to shield the ball.
Keep the head up when carrying the ball.
Progressions:
Make it a 11v11 game.

Organization:

There are a few patterns that we work in this technical exercise (patterns A-D are shown here)
All lines do the same pattern. A-D are shown in the image
Instructions:
Pattern A: Player carries to first cone; uses outside of the right two times to then use inside between the the cones. Player then uses the outside of the left two times to put the ball in between the cones with the inside of the left. At the last cone it is a sprint to last cone.
"[Outside, outside, inside (right)]; [outside, outside, inside (left)]"
Pattern B: Player carries ball to second cone; toe taps back to first; carry to fourth cone, toe taps back to third. At the last cone it is a sprint to last cone.
Pattern C: Only use the right foot -inside to go around cones. Carry to second cone back to first, fourth to second.
Pattern D: Zig-zaging around the cones on speed, using both legs.
Coaching Points:
Small touches on tight space, longer touch with space.
Head up when dribbling
Progressions:
Pattern B: Do latter in each cone.
Pattern C: 1. Alternate series with left foot, 2. Do the exercise by curring with the outside of the foot.
