- 2v2 in area with target players outside area going N-S
- multiple fields if needed, pro/reg
Instructions: - players score by playing both target players
- play 3min games
Coaching Points: - types of penetration - air, around, through
- speed of play to open up gaps
- looking to penetrate in between opponents
- movement off the ball
- supporting angles for next pass
Progressions: - target players inside the area, on touchline

Main - 2v2+(1v1,1v1) (20 mins)
Organization: - (40x20) area
- two (20x10) endzones
- 2 small goals
Instructions: - 2v2 in middle area, 1v1 in outside areas
- no movement between areas to start
- balls restart from coach
Coaching Points/Questions: - finding target player first
- movement off the ball in middle area
- penetration into target and support
Progressions: - middle area players can pass and join in attacking area - 2v1
- middle player can drop in to defending area for support - 2v1
- defending player can dribble out of area into middle third if support player dropped in
- players can switch areas (attacking player checks in middle third, middle player goes into attacking area)
- 'attacking' team to big goal, 'defending' team to counter goals

- field divided in half (30x20) each area
- one big goal, GK, two counter goals
Instructions: - if goal is scored in defensive half = 1 points
- if goal is scored in attacking half = 2 points
- if goal is scored with target player penetrating pass = 3 points
- 'defense' can push to support if possession is won. 1 point if goal is scored from either attacking or defending endzone, 3 points if scored from 'scoring endzone'
