*Rehab - Chadwick – different training routine to everyone else – running in a straight line
1035 – DD- warm up
Passing with partner then stepping back 5 yards
Partner throws balls in the air and player gives the ball first time back
Focusing on the inside of the foot then laces
Heading
1045 – stretches (static & dynamic)
1049 – receiving ball, passing back to outside first time, turning and receiving from another partner. Then swap with player on outside
1055 – dribbling at HI into the circle around the poles then passing the ball to partner on the outside
Main emphasis is quick direction in the circle (agility, balance & co-ordination with the ball)
1112 – jogging into the middle and back out around the whole pitch (endurance based)
1123 – MH – circle, 2 players inside constantly popping it to people on the outside
DD – cones placed in a straight line 7-8 yards apart from one another- shuttle runs
1150 – KR – possession (2 teams) game of 2 halves
Focus points –pressure and spreading the ball, quick passing
1210 – cool down
