OBJECTIVE: Pick your head up after the Turn
INSTRUCTIONS: Pairs are located inside the corners. One ball each pair, the first player will dribble inside & aim is to turn around the orange cones. When done pass it back to your teammate. Start with out the balls to make players understand.
COACHING POINTS: - Use the "Gallop Dribble "
-Turn your body with the ball
- Eyes up after the Turn
VARIATIONS: Add cones in the center, player will compete in pairs. 1st Player with ball dribble inside and picks up one cone, passing ball to teammate. Sequence continues until which pair has most cones.
Play the hamburger game, players aim to create a hamburger with the cones picked up.

OBJECTIVE: Players are performing every skill move correctly
INSTRUCTIONS: Set up any pattern of colored cones. Every player with a ball aims to perform a different skill move on each different colored cone. Blue: Drag-Pull back Orange: L-Turn Yellow: Ronaldo-Chop Green: Turn around Black: Toe Touches/Foundations
COACHING POINTS: - Eyes are looking into avaible cones
- Dribbling with your laces
-Step on the ball as much as possible

OBJECTIVE: Use the skill moves to beat opponent
INSTRUCTIONS: Make two End zones with the same cones. Two teams are placed next to each other. The first players from each team will run out and inside the area, first player to make it will receive the ball and aims to reach opponent's End zone by playing 1v1. Players can use the colored cones to go through.
COACHING POINTS: - Open hips to receive the ball
- Stop the ball and have the oppoent come to you first, then look for space and sribble to it.
- Use your body to cover tyhe ball / Shield the ball
VARIATIONS: Each player has a tennis ball on hands, before entering the area they must place the tennis ball on top of the End zone cones.
To score the player aims to kick it into one of the end zone cones.
Play with hands, Team 1 vs Team 2. American football to end zones.

Inside Garden - Warm-up (15 mins)
OBJECTIVE: Foot coordination. Players are using their toes when jogging.
INSTRUCTIONS: Colored cones are set up inside the area, even numbers of players are positioned inside and outside the area, the outside players will stand still moving on their toe while the inside players HIgh-five them after they go through the cones in a all sides motion. The aim is to go to all outside players.
COACHING POINTS: - Moving on your toes and arms close to chest
- Light jogging
-Look up to see who is available to HIgh-five
VARIATIONS: Introduce the soccer ball, inside players dribble through the cones and exchange places with an outsider.
Outsiders have a Soccer ball, inside players move inside & through cones and go to an outsider to receive the ball and pass it back. Find outsiders.
