Organization:
- 40x20 area
- Players divided into 2 teams
- Partner up with opponent in opposite team.
- 1 ball between 2.
Instructions:
- Players play 1v1 against opponent, trying to dribble across opposition end line.
- Attacker can start at any point on their sideline, and can score at any point on opposition end line - no channels.
- If defender steals ball, immediately become attacker and attempt to score on opposite line.
- Point scored for successful dribble across end line.
- Alternate attacker after each round.
- Play starts when both players give each other thumbs up.
Coaching Points:
- Positive first touch out of feet into direction of dribble
- Head up to identify space to attack
- Changes of speed and direction
- Type of touch - Messi or Ronaldo?
- Creativity to beat defender?
Progressions:
- Players record scores individually, and then as a team. Assign team names - Barca v Real etc. Teams can "buy" players from opponents if they win.

Organization:
- 40x20 area divided into 2 smaller fields
- End zone on each end line
- 3v3 end line soccer on each field
- Players continue to partner with opponent from opposite team
Instructions:
- End line soccer - points are scored by dribbling across end line.
- Players can only steal ball if their partner on opposite team has the ball.
Coaching Points:
- Think of team shape - how can you create space for yourself and player on the ball?
- Patience in build up to find moment to attack end line
- Recognition of opponents position
Progressions/Regressions:
- Partner restriction removed - players can now steal ball from any opponent.

- Coach challenges players to get as many touches inside 30 seconds, using a specific part of the foot; inside, outside, laces, sole.
Coaching Points:

- Small touches to keep ball close
- Use team mates as "defenders" to dribble away from pressure
