Breaking lines
Progression:
- break lines by passing to the third man
- dribble breaking lines
- Keep it simple pass through gates
Challenges:
- break lines using your third man
- fast pace movements forward
- fastest duo wins
Conditions:
- only the two players that came from the cones can travel through the lines
- pass or dribble depending on what coach says
Targets:
- fast pace
- combinations
- simplicity

Small sided game
Progression:
- Pass to break lines and join a new square
- a player from top square can join in and help
- defenders can now help
- keep it simple 1 on 1 per square
Challenges:
- score as many goals as you can
- build through the thirds
- add overloads to get out of pressure
Conditions:
- players have to stay in their square unless passed into new square
- later on they can dribble into new square
- defenders are land locked to their box
Targets:
- Quick movements forward
- look to always break lines forward unless there is no way forward then use your +1
