Run the Gauntlet
Football for every attacker
2 defenders on lines they can bot move off the line and can only move side to side
On GO two attackers will dribble out and attack the goal
Attackers can swith sides don't have to go in a straight line
Competition between the two teams? coaches discrestion
Defenders try and stop them scoring
If defender wins the ball next person in the line goes or if a shot is taken
Support: defenders are passive

Split the group in two and given a number
When coach shouts out a number the players from each team run out and compete for the ball
Whichever colour wins the ball they must play the ball into the end player which will the create a 2v1 to attack the goal (Yellow Team Attacking)
Coach is the feeder of the ball
Make sure end player is swapped
