Explanation:
Pattern starts from bottom red player passing into blue. Both red players sprint into apply pressure, blue look to dribble into any of the gates. Rotate after each turn.

15 by 10 grids. Balls with coach centrally.
Explanation:
Coach plays balls into both grids. 2 of each team must shift over to defend 4v2. First team to retrieve the ball and dribble it back gains a point.

Each team can decide how many to send over to defend.

Organisation:
15 by 10 grid. 6 balls in middle, 12 players on outside.
Explanation:
On the whistle the players will race for the soccer balls. If they get possession then they will try to keep possession and protect it from being stolen. If a player does not have a ball they will try to steal one from another player. At end of each round (45-60 seconds), players without ball must do 5 push ups/sit ups etc.
So Change It:
Split into 3 teams, same objective but now working as a team to keep the ball.
