Set up
White team 2 central defenders , two central midfield players
Blue team lone striker, withdrawn striker and two central midfield players
Ball always starts with server in purple who plays the ball out to the white team, blues to drop back leaving the two Central defenders free. The lone striker than arcs his run to show outside and shut off the passing lane to the other central defender and back to the server. If the blues win the ball back they can serve for an extra goal. Left central midfield player to close down the outside shoulder of the white CM player if he can nick it in front he does, right blue central midfield player comes across to provide cover inside. With drawn striker to come more central so that if ball is passed back into the server and back out to the other central defender he can perform the same role as the lone striker did initially.
