Organisation (Practice Layout & Transition)
Team A and Team B work together as a group. passing the ball between themselves. Each group of players are given a number, when the number is called 1 person from each group will run to the opposite box and try and win the ball back, whilst the team move it around between them, once the opposite person have won the ball back, a point is given and the task restarts.
