Session Objective:
- Fast progression through the thirds keeping the possession. Compactness in defense and high press to avoid the progression and win the ball back fast.

Set Up: Rondo 3vs3+3
Organisation:
In a space of 30x15, we have three teams playing at the same time. One of the teams will be neutral and supporting the team in possession of the ball playing. Team in possession has to try to keep the possesion the as much as possible. Team in defense has to try to win the ball fast and do the same task.
Time: work & recovery
15 minutes, every 5 minutes teams change roles.
Coaching Points:
In attack: fast movement of the ball, progress from the first third to the next third fast.
In defense: good organization in defense, control of references, intensity in defense to win the ball fast in the duels, intercept passing lines.
Progressions:
We can add small goals and add the rule after 3 or 4 passes they can score.
Change the disposition of the neutral team to horizontal.

Set Up: Tactical: 7vs6 Build up and progression under high press
Organisation:
Dividing the space in three zones, team in possession will always start with the keeper. They have to try to progress from the build up until the last third to try to score in a 3vs2 or 4vs3 under a high pressure of the opponent who will try to get the ball back as soon as possible to then counterattack and score.

Coaching Points:
- Deal with the high press to decide earlier and correctly to not lose the ball.
- Create enough space to find passing lines and avoid the high press.
- Accuracy in the pass under high press.
- Good mobility between the lines to receive the ball in good conditions to then attack.
- Organized high press to block passing lines and force the turnover of the opponent.
- Compact defensive lines and attention to references to control the progression of the opponent and timing to get the ball back.
- Fast tracking back movements to avoid the overload in attack.

Organisation:
Two teams of 4 with a neutral will play a handball game where to score, the team in possession has to play three passes and one more extra to the neutral player to then go inside of the finishing zone and try to score with a header.
