DESCRIPTION: Drill 練習
Use left toe to slightly push towards and pull the ball backwards, and inside to slight to to left, and right, and use right toe to slightly push towards and right inside foot to stop the ball, use each clone as a point to do above, then dribble to the large clone in center and dribble back to the 2 x large clones
使用左腳趾向後輕輕推球並將球向後拉,並使用內側輕推球到左, 然後左內側推球回右腳腳內側,
和向右輕輕推球,以停止球的移動,使用每個飛碟作為動作的起點,然後運球到中心的飛碟,再運回2個大雪糕筒.

Progression 進展
1.Use right inside, outside foot to touch and pass through the clones and turn back to the 2 x large clones 用右腳內側和外側的腳接觸並通過飛碟,然後返回2個大雪糕筒
2. Change directions, dribble with the ball with parallel with the clones and do a quick turn and run and dribble quickly to the other side of clone 改變方向,用球與成一直線運球,然後做一個快轉身奔跑,並迅速運到另一側的飛碟

DESCRIPTION: Skill1
Starting from 1st clone, use right-foot inside, left-foot-inside to pass through 5 clones, then shoot to goal, after the goal keeper comes out to practice and the shooter to be the goal keeper

DESCRIPTION: Cool-down
AIMS:
Reduces strain on your heart muscle as it goes from exerting itself back to normal.
Prevents dizziness and other discomfort from blood pooling in your lower extremities after exercise (caused by veins increasing in size to accommodate the increased blood flow from the heart).
Promotes a “feel good” feeling. After running hard, a nice walk afterward helps your legs feel better.
