Organization:
2 teams set up across from each other
-Large cones placed in the middle of the grid
Instructions:
-Each team looks to knock the large cones down to gain a point
-Players are not allow in the shaded area to retrieve the ball
Coaching Points:
1. Angle of approach
2. Position of non-kicking foot
3. Contact with ball- Second knuckle of big toe/ slightly off center
4. Body position
5. Follow through- land on kicking foot

Organization:
Groups of 3, 1 ball per group
Instructions:
1 player is the GK in the gate. Players look to strike the ball and score. If the ball is scored or saved, the opposite side repeats. Players keep track of their individual points.
Coaching Points:
-Head up observe target
-Angle of approach
-Position of non-kicking foot
-Contact with ball- Second knuckle of big toe/ slightly off center

-Follow through

Organization:
Two teams
Every player with ball
Instructions:
1. One player from either line starts the game off by dribbling up to the goal and shooting.
2. Once yellow or blue has taken a shot, the first player in the opposing teams line looks to attack and score on the opposite goal.
3. If the ball goes out on the sideline players resume play by dribbling the ball back in.
4. If the ball goes over the endline the player who defends that half is off and replaced with an attacker from their team.
5. Winner stays on.

3. Sprint in straight line
4. Take shortest possible distance
5. Cut off direct route to goal / shooting lane
6. Apply immediate pressure
