3 v1 in each box starting with left box. Each player must get at least 1 touch of the ball before they can transfer it to next box. Middle box must do the same before going to other box.
Once the passage of play has went through boxes twice change the chaser until all 4 players have completed.
Progress to the middle box being able to play whatever way they wish and end boxes can transfer to each other

25x25 Grid. At the mid point of each side make a 3 yard cone gate (Red). 4 attackers stay big and provide width and depth. 2 attackers occupy the middle space. 2 defenders attempy to prevent goals by working together and staying compact. The aim is to dribble through a gate and pass to a teammate. If the defenders are covering the gates really well, you can award a point for a number of consecutive passes (maybe 5 passes).
Key Points
Supporting movements. Check in and check out.
Don't attack a gate if the defender is blocking it.

Players have 1 ball each and to start they just get used to the ball by throwing it from one hand to the other.
Progressions:
1) Players throw the ball up and down using both hands making sure the ball does not go higher than their chin.
2) Players bounce, once again with two hands in the 'w' position, and catch it. No higher than their chest.
3) Players throw above their head and catch, trying to catch the ball at their highest point. Make sure players shout their name when they do it.
4) Players roll the ball in front of them and then move towards and scoop it into their hands. Ball should only be a maximum of 3 yards away.
