Instructions:
Players with a ball each, moving up their channel performing a Stop-push to change direction each time. Player 2 goes as first player performs their third change of direction.

Instructions:
A and B work to get the ball over to C this time working around a defender. The defender may only move side to side between the two cones at first.
Coaching Points:

Decisions of B:
- If defender is tight, play back to A
- If defender is not tight open up and pass to C
Decisions of A:
- Look to play to C as option 1
- If not on play to B

Instructions:
White team attack in left channel, blues on the right. Each team attacks for 90 seconds to score as many goals as possible. Change defender after 90 seconds. Only one team may attack at a time.
Coaching Points:

- Awareness of the defender - Open up or drop back
- Decision - Double pass in behind (if defender follows the ball) or have ball back to feet.
- Be creative and confident when going at defender 1v1.

2 Grids of 12x15 yards
2 teams of 6 + 1 Goal Keeper
1 ball on each grid
Instructions:
Number 8 plays to number 10 , 10 opens up and passes back to 8 - 8 plays to Number 9 who checks away from the center back 4 - 9 plays to 10 - And 10 finishes.
Number 6 and 4 make a tight pressure from the side to avoid number 10 and 9 to spin the ball to play fowards.
Rotation: Player 8 becomes 10 and 10 becomes 9 - 9 becomes 8.
Players have numbers from 1 to 6 and rotate as a defender . Coach calls 2 numbers after 3 or 4 reps...
Defender 6 and 4 switch with others players and become attackers in their own team ( same color)

Instructions:
1. The objective is to reach successively the 2 supports into the end zone without losing the ball.
2. Players have numbers from 1 to 6 . Coach calls 2 numbers to become support after each 5 minutes.
3. If the team is able to combine in the middle zone to reach their targets without losing the ball, 3 points.

Instructions:
3 teams playing 4v4. Winners stay on. Play for 2 minutes or 1 goal, whichever comes first.
Coaching Points:
- Recap role of first attacker (penetration)
- Recap role of second attacker (support)
- Recap role of third attacker (unbalance)
- Can we create a diamond? (Width, Depth, Length)
- Are players aware of which of the above roles they have?
- Movement as ball travels
- Recognizing visual cues for the combinations covered
