Intervals:
3 min work + 1 min rest x 5 reps = 20 min
Setup:
35x50 with center line (35x25 in each half)
2 teams
GK's as endline neutrals
Activity:
Team in possession must complete 4 passes before trying to switch play to target in other zone.
Once switch is made, everyone transfers over to other zone to create overload and try to switch back.
Coaching Points:
+ Constant support around ball (as many passing lanes as possible)
+ Do the basics: Face the way you want to play, receive far foot, play in 2-touch.
+ After switch, make sure player on ball has options left, right and split (in that order)

Setup:
Half field setup as shown (make narrower than Bomber field by 5 yards each side)
Defending team in 1-4-3
Attacking team pressing with 4, 5 or 6 players (2/3 forwards, 4/3 midfielders)
3 target gates as shown for defending team to score through when building out of back.
Activity:
Coach plays through ball for defending team to clean up and build out of the back through one
of the 3 gates.
Attacking team is trying to score in big goal.
Coaching Points:
+ Play simple and the way you face in transition to attack (usually means backwards)
+ GK creating pass angles (usually outside of goal frame)
+ GK guarding space behind back 4 originally and then dropping off to create more distance for back pass
