POSSESSION V COUNTER ATTACK GAME 

RULES :

- REDS and 2 GKs try to keep possession and score on one of the mini-goals after a few successive passes

- Coach decide how many passes the team has to make before scoring a goal

- MIni goals are set on the pitch in positions to encourage players playing forward or wide

- BLUE team try to regain possession and counterattack quickly on either goal. 

- Encourage players to play fast tempo game and watch transitions. 

PROGRESSIONS & VARIATIONS :

- Play even numbers between 5v5 and 7v7 / can add floater who play with the team in possession

- Pass limit and counter-attack time limit 

- If RED team scores lock goals that they already scored 

- Rotate roles
