Circuit Warm Up (30 mins)

Method: Circuit with Jumps, Poles, Ladders

Coaching Points: Preseason fitness and workout. Make sure good intervals. No overloading of players coming back from holidays and so on.

Wall Game (25 mins)

Method: 3v3+4 - Quick game to get the brain and feet working together. Not too intense Possession game. Put on two of these if numbers are large.

Coaching Points: Here we are looking at resting in possession after the circuit. Keep it two touch maximum. Can we use the outside players to dominate. One minute intervals change possesion. Looking for bounce passes from the outside no wall to wall passes.

7v7 (25 mins)

Method: 7v7 Recovery Game - 3 teams of 7 so one can rest 5-7 minute intervals. Rotate teams out or winner stays on.

Coaching Points: Looking for shape and coaching this in the game without stops. Keep intensity as high as you can - introduce powerplays where a team if losing can get an extra (green) Player. 2 minute breaks between games can be used to organise and tweak certain teams positions and so on
