Method: Semi-Structured Warm-Up {with/without the ball}

Coaching Points; 

Increase blood flow.

Increase players mobility and co-ordination.

Get players focused for the session or game ahead.


Organisation;

Players will start in a start and then mover from grid to grid.

Demonstrate simple and then more complex mobility and co-ordination activities for the players to perform.

Introduce dynamic stretching.

Introduce the ladders, hurdles, balance balls and poles.


Key Observation Factors;

Tempo of the activity - slow to fast.

Range of movement.

Maintain good mechanics - on the balls of feet, arm & leg actions.


Notes;

To introduce dynamic movement - slow down the tempo.

Then increase tempo after dynamic stretching.
