Organization: 2v2. Players must receive into the end zone and stop the ball to score a point. Attackers have to perform a two player combination before scoring. They have to re-attempt two player combinations if they lose possession.
Coaches role: Maintian flow by having balls ready, paint a game related picture
Technical: Positive first touch, body shape to receive and attack, cutting in both directions, larger touches into space, closer touches when engaging defender
Tactical: Identifying moment to perform two player combinations, taking space, seeing space behind the defender
Social: Communicating with team mates, praise one another
Psychological: Bravery, risk taking, assertivness, desire to get back on the ball again
Physical: High intensity rounds, acceleration with the ball, making body contact, shielding, open body shape to receive, create passing lanes
