Set Up:20 by 20 yard grid ,two teams face each other,different colour cones on each side
Instructions:one player from each team meets in the middle ,jogging on the spot,coach calls out half turn full turn players react,coach calls colour of cone first team to get there first wins a point,progress to opposite colours of cones ,two , 3 players at a time ,then with the ball ,TT, turns,and dribble to cones must stop on line for a point.
Coaching Points:dont react to opponent movements ,be sharp explosive ,when using the ball good first touch away and controlled dribble to stop on line.

Set Up:10 by 10 yard grid with a cone in the middle,4 equal teams with a ball
Instructions: first player from each team dribbles to the middle and does aCOD move then passes back to team mate,progress to stop /starts and feints all the way through or to next line ie right turn.
COD are inside cut ,outside cut,u turn cruyff turn ,step on
SS are high wave ,low wave ,maradonna,outside twist off,inside twist off
Feints are side step push,scissors,double scissors,step over ,drag push (mathews)
Coaching Points:technique over speed,sell the feint/moves(realistic)explode out of the move.

Set Up:20 by 15 yard grid two teams alternate players, two goals 12 yards apart
Instructions:first players dribbles into grid and stops ball between cones continues to next cone b4 turning to defend the attacking player following in who trys to score on either net must be in the 5 yard zone to score,after 7 minutes change teams around.progression to add a bounce player (forward)to use for a one touch finish (3) points
Coaching Points:focus on attacking players ,use the moves feints we did with no pressure,sell the moves ,explode out ,stepping accross the defenders path (shielding)

Set Up:full field available ,5 yard shooting zones
Instructions:two equal teams split in two groups ,if ball goes out or team scores that team now defends the next wave of players coming in,fast breaks,defending team must retreat to cones
Coaching Points:encourage moves and feints stop starts done in the session,extra point if used in the build up to a goal

Instructions:toe taps warm up then 30 secs how many,go again beat record,TT 90degree turn on command sole pull r/l,TT-slides r/l,then together r/l, slides push outside foot to cone slide push outside foot to other cone, stepover motion no ball first then ball,with roll back 90 degrees l/r ,stepover push outside foot to other cone repeat.
Coaching Points:emphasise jogging motion ,skip/hop when changing direction,correct technique before speed.
