Line A starts the activity by passing to coach or center mid type player, and takes off on sprint down the field, the coach plays the ball out wide to the other runner. He collects the pass and plays it into the next coach and continues his run to the back post. The coach plays to the player who started the drill to finish or lay off to runner on back post. Drill goes back in opposite direction and the roles are reversed.
