Allocate one server
-simple pass and return (no limit on touches)
-focus on getting players comfortable on the ball
progress to two touch/one touch to increase speed and intensity as required
-add headers, volleys, chest and control and return as appropriate
-rotate servers

Coaching Points:
-four groups to keep players in movement
-variation of activation exercises to include functional movement, preparing muscles for competition
-side kicks, high knees, recovery jogs, shuttle runs (forward facing), shuttle runs (rear facing), hip twists (karaokes), walking lunges, high kicks, hamstring scoops, raised calf walks, roll arms (forwards/backwards), high skips/plyometrics, cross over/rotations (groups of two, players pair off)
-progress to medium intensity for final 60 seconds with larger strides as required
