Ball Mastery (10 mins)

Organization 

  • 4 group of 6 player each 
  • each player with a ball 

Instructions:

 Player will be going through of series moves sidemove, dribbling  forward moves 

 

Activity Objective: 

 

  • PREVENTIVE :Preventmuscleandjointinjuries. 
  • PHYSIOLOGICAL : Switch on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to makethemworkharder.Havingthenervoussystemtoencouragemaximummusclecoordination.

if I have to coach will be on the flow I'm intent to keep the ritmo on the warm up,

my coaching point will be focus on player action mainly reinforce to execute movement allays scanning and the proper body shape

Organization

Activity Objective:

Improve players ability to received the ball on half turn, on a back foot, ste the pass execute variety of passing 

Duration (Work/Recovery/Sets): 15 mim / 50 sec/ 10 sec rest 3 set of 5  rep

I'm planning to coach In the situation(freeze): combination of demonstration, 

Q&A and feedback we will focus onSub principal drive and review player action like body position, scanning,exploit space and or Find the free player between or behind the lines.

 

 

 

Coaching Points

  • Players must receive the ball with an open body shape that allows them to play forwards quickly. Players' body shape must allow them to see where the ball is being played from and where the next passing option is.
  • Players should look to receive a pass with the foot that is furthest from the ball (back foot) to allow their first touch to go forwards. Players must make game-realistic actions and move the ball off the line of the defender with their first touch.

  • Players must make game-realistic passes by passing the ball with quality and speed. The ball must travel faster,  Passes should be directed towards the receiving players' back foot to allow them to take their first touch forwards.

  • When playing out of the back, attackers need to make decisions before passing to retain possession, waiting for an opportunity to present itself or pass forward to break defensive lines
  • Use a variation of runs, spread out and occupy the space based on positions. Players need to try and get behind/between the defensive line(s) of the opponent by recognise when and how to exploit the opponent when unbalanced/disorganised.

  • Utilising space and triangulate in unit and team movement, players need to create passing options ahead of the ball to unbalance and disorganise the opponent by creating diagonal passing lines and communicating.
