Organization:
- 30x20 area
- 1-2 Players in each line
- Balls start at 1
Instructions:
- The trigger to start is the movement 2 who checks out then in to receieve
- 2 opens out their body and plays to the feet of 3
- It is important that 3 takes a foward touch to attack the line. As this is happening the sequence continues.
Coaching Points:
- Speed of Play: Ball should always be rolling.
- First touch when on cones 2 and 3 should be positive with the aim of playing foward.
- Play with both feet: Stress the importance of being comfortable with both and no such thing as dominant/strong.
Progressions/Regressions:
- After passing to 3 number 2 then applies pressure to force a more realisitc touch and response to playing foward.

- 4 is added as a pressure defender
Instructions:
- Sequence begins as before with 2 being the trigger for 1 to pass.
- When 2 plays to 3, 4 is allowed to try and intercept the pass but only once its passed.
- If 4 wins the ball they become the attacker and must dribble to the end line with 3 being the defender.
- For some groups/numbers keep the same defenders and roatate after a few go's.
Coaching Points:
- Enocurage 4 to anticipate the pass with the possibility of a counter attack.
- With pressure what does the red change about their postioning and first touch.

- 4 Is now on a coloured cone in the middle of the field
Instructions:
- Same starting point as previous slides
- 2 plays a give and go with 3 (indicated by ABC)
- On pass A, the defender (4) can pressure the ball and force 3 into a decision.
Coaching Points:
- Decision Making for 3: Play give and go or play 1vs1
- Speed of Play: Duriing the give and go does the speed dicate the decision and does it effect the outcome of the play.

Instructions:
- Red team begins by dribblig out in a 2vs1
- Once theres a goal or play breaks down the blue team dribble out with 2 players making it 3vs2
- The process is repeated until all players are on the field.
Coaching Points:
- Attack at speed: Aim to go fowards as quickly as possible
- Foward passes that make defenders turn
- As the numbers grow can players introduce width and depth.
- Variation of Pass: Recognizng decisions at different points of the attack. For example is long ball on to create a quick attack.

Instructions:
- Blue Team is winnning 2-0 and must protect a lead by "parking the bus"
- Red team have to come from behind to win the game.
Coaching Points:
Blue Team (Winning 2-0)
- Numbers behind the ball
- Stay compact
- Can the blue team counter attack
Red Team
- Play with width
- Play at speed
- Overload attacking areas
- Look to play forward.

Organization:
- 3 ladders (or 4 cones)
- 2 big cones 12 yards apart
- 3 teams
Instructions:
- Players for SAQ through the ladders before circling the cone and receiving pass.
- The ball is played back and the next person in line begins.
- Side steps, fast feet, Fowards/backwards
