Setup 40x40m area 2 large goals (Age Sized 10's) 2 end zones app 15m from goal line

instructions: Normal game in middle, When Attacking team has ball advance into End Zone. Only 1 Defender may enter end zone, 2 attackers to setup for goal.

Goals can only be scored with 1st touch strike.

Coaching Tips: Coach to play ball in, only play once players have established proper shape and to a player who is in space (1st touch is free, players move after receiving player has taken posession).

Open body position to take first touch away from defender and into space
