Set-Up:
White 3 plays a 1-2 with 11, who enters end zone and plays to Target/Server, both players must enter end zone to score!
Target/Server immediately plays to Blues who must attack quickly (..can you play off 2 touch or less?) and be direct/Score in under 15secs?

Before:
Push forward to score, be mindful of defensive security
During:
Primary Player : Apply Good/Agressive Pressure to player in possession. Can they "Lock on and Engage?" - If Not can they Deny prefered passing lanes, Delay Play and make play predictable - Show Back, Outside/Away from goal. No internal passes - Can we create a 1v1 2v2 from a 2v3 situatuion?
Secondary Players - Decision Making - Pressure on Ball = push up and become compact. No Pressure on Ball = Depth. - Movement to support/cover primary player and become Compact, block passing lanes - Show Back, Outside/Away from goal. No internal passes - Regain Balance, Make play predictable.
Tertiary Players - Movement to Recover/support/cover primary and secondary players and become Compact, block passing lanes - Show Back, Outside/Away from goal. No internal passes - Regain Balance. Show control and restraint to win back ball - DEFEND

Set-Up:
Players set up in a 3v2 (attacking overload) in a zone on the half way line. Whilst whites 6&5 and goalkeeper Defend against Blue 9&10 (2v2+GK) in the defensive half.
White 4&8 must complete 5 passes and finish in mini goal off one touch! If and when the Blues regain possesion they can play out of the box and create a 3v2 in the defensive half - COACH
Blues must attack quickly (..Blue 6 can you play off 2 touch or less?) and be direct/score in under 6 secs?
No Recovery run to start, then 1 and if time both/all!!
