Shooting with Accuracy (15 mins)

Practice Objectives:

To develop players shooting accuracy with both feet

Practice Explanation:

Player has 10 balls to shoot (5 with each foot) spread across the top of the 18 yard box

Player can shoot balls in any order, but is aiming to finish into one of two small goals placed in the corner of the goal.

If players completes an accurate shot they run around closet pole (6m) and then repeat the task.

If shot misses the target then they are rwquired to run around the second (12m) pole.

Progressions -

1) Only shoot near post (bent)

2) Only shoot far post (hard and low across the goal)

3) Recieve a pass from a coach or team mate and then shoot (on the move)
