King of the Ring Eliminator
All players in each team have ball except 1
Teams send this player over into opposition square to try knock a ball out of the square or tackle a player and win ball back for their team
The player goes back to their own team and nominates a new player to go across
The player who loses ball, becomes the Eliminator (so there can be more than one)
Team who knocks out the opposition balls first, wins

2v1 Continuous: Alex and Hamish to run each end of pitch with 2 GKs rotating
Set-up: 3 channels with 2 attackers in each channel and 2 outside squares
Defender B and Player C (or coach) wait outside exercise channels in squares
Defender A starts 1v2 by passing ball from inside D to 1 of the attackers in channel 1
Play 2v1 until goal is scored or until A / GK clear/carry the ball to B or C (both can move in shaded area to assist but are not engaged in defending)
If Defence gets ball to B or C they score a point, no points for just clearing away over sideline
Once the ball is out of play, the next channel goes without waiting for A to recover so they take advantage of defender out of position
Play until goal is scored or defence clears ball to B or C
Repeat for channel 3
Once complete, B restarts as defender A. A becomes C, C sprints to B
If C is the coach, then A has to sprint to B
Defenders take 2 rounds each, then all pairs shift channels and new defenders start

6v3 passing (3 teams of 3) - Emily & Annie
3 players outside square + 3 inside square vs 3 def inside square
Players on outside of square need to connect passes with each other through the square, either via the 3 in their team inside the square or directly across
If defending player turns ball over by interception or tackling, they join with the outside 3 and start their count of passes
All 3 turns have a chance to be outside the square, team with the highest score, wins
