Preventing the Turn (20 mins)
Organization: 18x14
As shown - team of three - each team with two servers
Can be 2v2 With one server each side
Instructions:
Ball will always start from server if it goes out of play
Once ball is in play 3v3 to goals
Team who scores get the ball back from their server
Coaching Points:
- Preventing turn / defending
- Option one to intercept pass
- Force them back and don't allow the turn
- When to double up
- If they turn can we have pressure and cover

Instructions:
Team builds 3v1 vs CF looking to play to their own CF
When ball gets to the 9 - two attacking wingers join in and go 3v2
If defending team win the ball back - their wingers can join the game and play 6v6 Free Game
