Method:
Four defenders plus goalkeeper V four Attackers.
The defensive unit try to stop the attackers breaking thru one on one with the goalkeeper.
Defenders CANNOT go past the 18y line with cones.
Attackers must go thru one of the gates.
To achieve this movement of the ball on and off it is very important.
