練習範圍﹕45mX25m

熱身時間﹕10mins

(無球)

1.讓球員在邊線來回跑,然後再跑的過程加入伸展活動。

2.經過一輪伸展,叫球員係邊線等指令,聽到哨子聲高速跑去飛碟,再慢跑回邊線,來回做3-4次

AIMS:

提升肌肉溫度,動態伸展關節,刺激心肺功能及神經系統

BEHAVIOURS:

保持甚至提升速度

CONDITIONS:

(無球)

加入指令:伸展動作﹕原地提高腳、左右腳向外、內跨...etc

虛線1,2,係球員P1,P2傳球路線

黃色線1,2,3﹕係傳完球後跑步路線

練習範圍﹕45mX25m

1.一行排,面對面5個人做傳球。

2.球員1傳球後會跑去對面排隊,球員2接球後將球傳給球員3後,球員2亦都係跑去對面組。如此類推

3.首先做先控後傳,之後做第一時間傳,3最後大步推前再傳

AIMS:

提升肌肉溫度,動態伸展關節,刺激心肺功能及神經系統

BEHAVIOURS:

保持甚至提升速度

CONDITIONS:

加入指令:先做慣性腳,後做逆足。控制好控球力度同傳波位置

1.兩行排,5個人一排做傳球射門

2.球員1傳球給AC1後,AC1會做撞牆給球員1做射門,球員2傳球給AC2後,AC2會做撞牆給球員2做射門,如此類推。射完門後到後面排隊。

3.首先做先控後射,之後做第一時間射。
