Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Two groups of players on either side of penalty area touchline. Each player has a ball. First player in Group A passes the ball between the two poles in front of the box and runs out to retrieve the ball. They turn with the ball through the poles back towards goal and take a shot at net. Player retrieves their ball, and Group B now sends first player. Alternate between groups, and rotate the keepers after every 4 shots.
Progression- add a defender to impact urgency, game realism.
Regression- move poles in if not seeing success
Mechanics- head up to view net, body facing target, arms out for balance, plant non-kicking foot next to ball, head over ball as player steps through, surface of foot selected and follow through towards net
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Time limit to encourage players to hustle to ball; Scoring challenge between two groups

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
7v5 +2GK- Blue has numerical advantage to begin; looking to create an overload for Blue team to create more scoring chances on net
Progression- remove another RED player if necessary to create more chances; open outside channel to create crosses into the box for finishing
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Shot is 1 point, 2 points for goal
Condition if struggling to shoot- only allow 1 defender in penalty area once Blue has penetrated the final third
No challenging attacker in outside channel if added- attacker in this space can only take 2-3 touches and must cross ball

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Traditional 7v7 format with GK; no restrictions
Progression- outside channels opened up for crosses
Restarts from GK to get ball moving quicker

Encourage scoring through 5 points for goal; add in 2pts per shot if not seeing chances
1pt for breaking a line into final third with connecting pass

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
3 passes to shoot; Could change to 2 passes if not able to get enough passes to generate scoring chances
