Circuit consists of 4 SAQ stations. Players will be split into 4 groups and will work their way around each station. Players will complete the circuit twice.
Adaptations / Progressions:
- Competition: Groups compete against each other. Each time a player in the group completes a station the team earn a point. Team with the most points win and team with the least gets a forfeit.
- Ball incorporation on second circuit.
- Increase / decrease amount of time groups carry out each station.
- Increase / decrease amount of rest time between stations / circuits

Players will run an Illinois agility test styled practice. Players will run in the pattern pictured.

Players will start on A. Players will then run through the agility ladder to reach B, where they will do a figure of 8 in the 2 cones. Players will run back through the agility ladder and return back to A. A line of cones can be used if an agility ladder is not available.
