Animation 1 (20 mins)

Cool Down

Player will begin at a cone, they will run to the cone that is diagonal and stop and do a core/ab exercise (ex: 30-40 crunches), then the player will run to the next cone and do planks for 30sec-1min, they will run the perimeter of the field to the next cone and do mountain climbers or burpees30-40, they will run to the fifth cone in the middle of the field and do 30-40 air squats, they will run to the sixth cone and do push-ups 15-20, they will run the other perimeter of the field back to the starting cone. The coach could do multiple sets with stretch breaks between, or have them continue to go through the different cones for a specific amount of time then finish with static stretches all together.
