Play starts with 1 attackers vs 1 defenders in one grid.
The attacking team must keep dribble by defender and play the ball to the next teammate in line.
If successful, the next teammate can immediately look to find their next time on the other side.
If the defenders win the ball, they transition quickly to find their outlet.

4 mini goals⚽ Each player has a ball.
Start 1v1: Attacker vs. 1v1, 2V2.
If attacker score a goal they stay on. If the ball goes out on your half you are off.
Coaching Points
Positive First Action – attackers take a forward first touch, defenders close space quickly but under control.
Create & Use Space – attackers stretch the field with width/depth, defenders stay compact to protect central areas.
Decision-Making – recognize the advantage: dribble if it’s on, pass if defender is committed, shoot when the chance is clear.
Timing & Support – supporting players move early to provide angles; defenders communicate to press and cover.
Transition Mentality – react immediately when possession changes: counter-press or break forward with speed.
