Organization:
- 4 Players
- 1 Ball
- 4 cones to make a box
Instructions:
(A) Two-touch passing, one to receive, one to pass. Vary direction, L/R foot, surface of foot, etc.
ALTERNATE PATTERN 1: 3 players, after two passes the player dribbles to the open cone and starts passing again.
ALTERNATE PATTERN 2: 3 players. After a pass, the player off the ball moves to the open cone so that the player with the ball always has two passing options. Passer has the option to switch directions and pass back, forcing the extra player to check back to provide a passing option.
(B) Players in each box have a number 1-4. Coach calls out a number, that player runs to the middle of the other box to become the defender in a 3 v 1 rondo. Passers can move but must stay outside the box. See which team can retain possession the longest.
