To work on combination plays in order to break the line and penetrate, yet finalize with a proper shooting technique

Screen 1 (30 mins)

PENETRATION PASSES - 30 MIN

ORGANIZATION -half field divided into three zones ( the attacking zones are divided into 2x15yrds by 40

eXTEND THE 18 YRDS OUT

Add another 30yards forwards splited into to areas of 15 x 40

At the middle third 2 x 1

At the final third 4 x 4 plus a GK

DESCRIPTION

The coaches will serve a ball to create a 2 x1 - The attacking team (RED) have to keep possession and break the line after three or four passes to the foward line,(4x4 zone)

PROGRESSION

Create a 3 x 2 / 3x 3 / 4 x 4 at the Middle third

Challenge the possession pass to three touches

TRIANGLE PASS SHOOTING - 15 MIN (5X3 MIN)

ORGANIZATION

Triangle setting in three different areas of the 18 yrds

5 player per group

Soccer balls for each passing players

DESCRIPTION

Players will split into groups of six at each triangle areas.

The server will pass to the first receiver that should try to receive and pass back to the next player, that upon receive and control will pass back to the first server that will perform a shot on goal,

The shooter will rotate clockwise( pass and follow.

PROGRESSION

The two receivers will bounce the pass back and forth and lay it off for the shooter.

Competition, who will score more in three minutes game.
