Introduction (10 mins)
Organization:
- Players organized themselves in a line with a good amount of space between them
- Ball each
Instructions:
- Players dribble to the red line using their pinky toe to dribble (outside of their foot) . When they get to the red line, players must do a soft touch with the outside of their foot to make the turn, using their hips to turn their body to go back
- As soon as the players start getting comfortable with this technique, coach will turn it to a competition, where the first player to make the turn and arrive to the start line earns a point
Regressions/Progressions:
R - Increase the size of the space between the players
P - Challenge players to only use their outside of their foot.
